Files and messages sent with Smartlockr have an expiration date. What date this isyou can find in the notification email you received.
If you no longer have access it will look like this:
You may also see this error message before the expiration date. In that case, the sender has made the decision to block you.
The sender can give you access again before the expiration date if needed. After the expiration date, this is no longer possible because we delete the data on our end.
Smartlockr does not have access to anything inside the files and/or messages that have been sent because they are encrypted. Please contact the sender when you have any questions.
