Where can I download SmartLockr?

You can download SmartLockr from our release notes page by clicking here. You’ll also be able to find our release notes page on the startpage of our helpcenter by clicking on this button:

New release will always have a higher number than older releases. So if you download the release with the highest number, you will download the latest release.

Which versions of SmartLockr can I download?

SmartLockr has installation files for regular use, for use with SMTP Relay and for one or all users on a computer. SMTP Relay versions of SmartLockr will usually be installed on your system by the IT department because this version of SmartLockr requires changes on the email server. At this time we offer these installation files:

SmartLockr for Outlook:

Single-user: This version you use when you’re the only person that will use SmartLockr on the computer you’re about to install SmartLockr on.  

For version 4.10.831 the filename for this variant is: SmartLockr for Outlook 4.10.0831.222.msi

All-user: This version is used when all users on a computer (or server) need SmartLockr.

For version 4.10.831 the filename for this variant is: SmartLockr for Outlook 4.10.0831.222-all-users.msi

SMTP Relay version:

Single-user: This version you use when you’re the only person that will use SmartLockr on the computer you’re about to install SmartLockr on.  

For version 4.10.831 the filename for this variant is: SmartLockr for Outlook SMTPRelay 4.10.0831.222.msi

All-user: This version is used when all users on a computer (or server) need SmartLockr.

For version 4.10.831 the filename for this variant is: SmartLockr for Outlook SMTPRelay 4.10.0831.222-all-users.msi

How can I subscribe to the release notes page?

You’re able to subscribe to our release notes page. That way we can email you when we publish a new release of SmartLockr on the release notes page. You can subscribe on the same page as where you can find the releases of SmartLockr.

Step 1: Go to the release notes page of SmartLockr.

Step 2: Click “Follow”

Step 3: Please log in on the next page. If you don’t have an account, click “Get a password” if you've had an email exchange with support@smartlockr.eu before. If this is your first time you need to click “Sign up” te setup your account. 

Step 4: Follow the on-screen instructions and click on the email you will receive.

Step 5: Go back to our release notes page and click “Follow”.

Step 6: Chose between “New articles” or “New articles and comments”.

Step 7: You’re all set and you’ll receive updates on the release notes page!
