Where does Smartlockr store the data?

The data from Smartlockr is stored on Microsoft Azure services:

All data from Smartlockr is primarily stored in the Microsoft datacenter in Amsterdam.

The reduce the risk of downtime if Microsoft experiences downtime in Amsterdam, we also store data on a secondary failover Microsoft datacenter in Dublin.

By doing this we reduce the risk of outages if Microsoft experiences outages in their datacenter in Amsterdam and we make sure all our data is stored securely inside Europe.
